[...] I did get a little sad when my set started (I started with Robot’s in Disguise – The DJ’s got a gun [buy]), mostly ’cause I thought everyone had left, but an influx of random people and some other people coming out of the woodwork, whom I thought had already left, got the dance floor going. Highlights included: everyone going “oo oo” to the above song; someone starting a congo line snaking around the dance floor; getting applause from the Nu Trend organisers once I’d finished (they are really awesome people and knew it was my first club set). All in all it was an awesome experience, and I can’t wait to do Shiny! [...]
